 These are exciting times at Pilgrim Church, and GOD IS STILL SPEAKING, loud and clear! We are in the midst of “Changing Seasons,” as I begin a new pastorate in this courageous and loving congregation.  “Changing Seasons,”  was one of my first sermon titles at Pilgrim Church, and I feel it is a very appropriate message at this moment in time for our church, and for all churches. It is important that we honor the past, live in the present, and vision for the future, together.  The past is our foundation,  the present is the time to gather the bricks and mortar, and the vision for the future is full of joy and glory because we know that GOD IS STILL SPEAKING, and we are listening!

 Relationships (bricks) and communication (mortar) were the heart of the ministry of Jesus,  and we will strive, with the help of God, to make them the heart of our lives and  our ministries. With Jesus Christ as the cornerstone and founder of our church, and the Holy Spirit in our midst, we believe that God has a solid purpose for Pilgrim Church, United Church of Christ, in this community.
